4 bedroom, 4 Bath (sleeps 11) - $3000 USD/week

Payment Structure:

-  25% upon booking

- 25% within 60 days of occupancy

- 50% (balance) within 30 days of occupancy

A $300 refundable security deposit is due at check-in.
